Working at Castelion isn’t for everyone. The hours can be long. We test in blistering heat, freezing cold, and pouring rain. And when something breaks, we learn fast, adapt, and push forward—without losing momentum.

We do this because the mission demands it. Because every person here is driven to master their craft and outpace the competition. Because America needs a new generation of builders to keep it safe.

At Castelion, you won’t just contribute—you’ll own. You’ll work hands-on with real flight hardware and shape systems that matter. The challenge is real. Are you ready?
