As a Flight Test Engineer at Castelion, you will be working within the Test Operations and Logistics team to execute a rapid iterative development and test campaign. You will work alongside a test director to plan and execute flight tests, following best practices and processes to document and communicate to internal and external stakeholders. The Armed Physical Security Supervisor oversees all armed security operations during an assigned shift at Castelion’s New Mexico installation. This position ensures compliance with DoD, federal, and site-specific armed security regulations; supervises armed security personnel (proprietary and/or contracted); maintains weapons accountability; and leads incident response to protect personnel, information, and critical assets. The ideal candidate has a background in physical security or law enforcement with deep expertise in providing asset, facility, and personnel protection at aerospace, defense, or government facilities.
