The Armed Physical Security Supervisor oversees all armed security operations during an assigned shift at Castelion’s New Mexico installation. This position ensures compliance with DoD, federal, and site-specific armed security regulations; supervises armed security personnel (proprietary and/or contracted); maintains weapons accountability; and leads incident response to protect personnel, information, and critical assets. The ideal candidate has a background in physical security or law enforcement with deep expertise in providing asset, facility, and personnel protection at aerospace, defense, or government facilities.
